SCOPE OF WORKS: WET BLASTING TO SA2.5 AND NETWORK RAIL PAINTING SPEC M21/M24
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Paint refurbishment of Shoreham Rail Viaduct. The viaduct comprised of 16 spans which span the river Adur. The structure comprised of steel girders (parapets and support girders) and cross girders supporting solid deck plates.

SCOPE OF WORKS: ST3 PREP AND NETWORK RAIL PAINTING SPEC XM92/M24
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Paint refurbishment of Stewarts Lane Train Depot. The project was split in two main areas (1) roof level - roof trusses, and (2) lower level - columns and cross members. Our scope included preparing all steelwork elements to an ST3 standard, abrading remaining sound coatings, and then applying XM92/M24 paint system.

We were responsible for surface preparation Wet Blast Clean to SA2.5 to all corroded areas, Stripe Coating, and the subsequent application of a 4-Coat Jotamastic paint system in accordance with Network Rail Spec XM92/M21 & XM92/M24.
Access to the high level was off scaffold, and lower level work was accessed via cherry pickers and mobile towers. All works were carried out and completed in accordance with Network Rail specification NR/L3/CIV/040.
